They must also learn how to cope with feelings of unfairness, deprivation, disappointment, and discouragement. Cognitive behavioral techniques have been shown to be beneficial in dealing with this issue. Objectives of Education: To discover faulty cognitions that are at the root of unhealthy eating patterns.
