This course is divided into two sections:
Working at home
Working at a job
In the first segment, we look at how self-care may be practiced at home using Art Therapy to reduce stress, enhance attention, and improve general wellness. Visualisations and Art Therapy tasks are included.
The second portion walks you through a variety of games that you may play at work. These help relieve stress, but BEWARE…if found, you may lose your job! (However, the games are entertaining!)
So, a brief course intended at individuals who are working and need some light respite!
Of course, this is of particular significance now, with so many people working from home and maybe seldom leaving the house. Then there are some who are back to work, commuting, bored, and in need of a few office games to help them adjust their perspective!
Most likely outcome:
Less stress at home as a result of new hobbies, such as art therapy. Who can say? You could discover facts about yourself that change the course of your career!
Less tension at work as you bring and build some levity after all these months of working in the same room as other people! To add to the danger, there is always the possibility of being fired!
