Tim Berzins – Hormonal Fat Loss

Tim Berzins is Truth Nutra’s head of research and development and a writer. He holds an Honors degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Delaware and has worked in the nutritional sector for over a decade.

He works with people all around the world to accelerate their health from a uniquely holistic perspective, magnifying their body’s inherent power to heal, repair, and optimize. He is based in Melbourne, FL.

Tim’s #1 objective in life is to transform the way we view food and nutrition, to break through the dogma, and to awaken people to the Truth about how the body functions. He is passionate, ambitious, demanding, and funny.

He has written for the Personal Training Development Center, Fitocracy, JMaxFitness, TestShock, and many other publications, and his work was selected as one of the PTDC’s “Top Ten Articles of the Year.”

Tim also likes playing the drums, bodyweight movement training, surfing, skimboarding, and snowboarding, among many other hobbies. He enjoys summer thunderstorms, stouts and porters, excellent novels, and a killer high-quality cup of coffee. His favorite color during the day is purple, but at night it is red.
