Class three is a manipura chakra exercise, which is placed in the navel (“solar center”) and is related with our sense of commitment, energy, and will.

Class four focuses on the fourth chakra, anahata, which is placed at the heart and is related with our desire to serve as well as our endless (“unstruck” or undamaged) sense of self.

Class five is a practice for the throat chakra, vishuddha, which is related with communication, hearing, and the power to cleanse what we put out into the world.

Class six focuses on the sixth chakra, ajna, which is linked to our third eye and intuitive talents.

Class seven is a practice for the seventh chakra, sahasrara, which is related with the crown of the head and the mystery beyond ourselves and is considered the subtlest of chakras.
