In this module, we will create a sacred space in non-ordinary reality where we can gather in mutual support of each other and the elements, as well as help ancestors and the spirit that lives in all things. We’ll also learn how to skillfully address the issues and challenges of our time.

As we consult our spirit guides, power allies and ancestors for guidance, we will be practicing Embodied Shamanism. You’ll be invited to experiment with dancing and moving your body as you journey.

Rather than the leader drumming, we will be using music from different artists and traditions to enter into a shamanic state of mind. The most important and challenging way to honor our ancestors is to fulfill our personal potential and life’s purpose. Our ancestors bring vital support for us through involvement in our lives, and also further their own growth and maturation in the spirit realms.

In this session, we will:

Create a community sanctuary that supports our relationship to each other, the web of life, our ancestors and the Spirit that lives in all things.

Distinguish between ceremony and ritual, and work with each other in non-ordinary reality.

Lay the foundation for an authentic shamanic coaching program.

Practice Embodied Shamanism and opening all of our senses.

Support others in expressing their Divine gifts and talents.

Discover gifts, strengths and talents that have been handed down by our ancestors.

The goal of this module is to create personal and group practices that support our ability to stay focused on our Divine purpose. We’ll begin to unveil the predictable future and trajectory of our lives if we continue moving forward and create practices to assist us in correcting our course. We’ll also call forth an individual and collective shift in consciousness which honors the evolving pulse of creation and the web of life.

Additionally, we’ll begin to explore the issue of personal and group integrity, and how to dissolve the barriers to our way back to wholeness. This leads us into a deeper experience of trust and power. In this way, we can reclaim our innate power and use our shamanic journeying to build greater trust in ourselves and others.

We will explore the power of story in our lives and discover how it is shaping our actions and ways of being in the world. And we’ll uncover more empowering ways to interpret our personal narratives and how our perceptions — which are based in unexamined beliefs and assumptions — shape our reality. By participating in the deconstruction of our personal narrative, we reconstruct our story to be in support of our soul’s purpose.

Additionally, we’ll examine the power of language and gain new distinctions in the art of listening that will allow us to be more compassionate and supportive toward others and ourselves. How our speaking can empower and disempower others and ourselves will also be explored in depth.

In this module, we’ll take a look at mindfulness and the power of grounded presence — regardless of the circumstances or challenges. And by exploring the power of forgiveness and gratitude, we will discover how we have been disempowering ourselves with our preoccupation with events of the past.

We’ll learn that forgiveness is about finding wholeness within ourselves and being grateful is the key to having a fulfilling life. Additionally, we’ll find out how these two practices can support others in producing breakthrough results and bringing forth peace, prosperity and a deepening sense of purpose.

Reveal the areas where gratitude and forgiveness can bring about soul-remembering for you (and your clients).

One of the threats to the power of shamanism is the move toward “out of body experiences.” In this module, we will explore the importance of being in our physical body when we journey to non-ordinary reality. We’ll learn why dancing, singing and calling on all of our senses to meet the spirits and allies of the hidden world is key in shamanic practices.

Additionally, we’ll discover ways to tap into the cellular wisdom of our bodies that has been handed down to us from the beginning of time — which includes everything we need for our evolution into wholeness.

Release stuck energy patterns through conscious movement.

Tap into the ancient cellular wisdom of your ancestors and draw from the wisdom of your descendants.

Align with the evolutionary impulse of the universe.

Explore the power and intelligence of emotional embodiment.

Native American peoples have a saying, “May you walk in beauty.” In these times of change and negative media bombardment it’s easy to get caught up in what’s not working. But, there is so much that is working.

We’ll discover how to bring forth beauty in our lives and the lives of those we coach, with support from our creativity muses. We will also explore how to complete what is not serving us and shift our focus to what is essential for becoming whole and effective.

Explore the power of integrity in reclaiming wholeness.

Bring the power of aesthetics to your family, friends and coaching clients.

In this module, we will put together all the pieces and see how our shamanic practice can support our intention to live a heart-centered life, and support others in doing the same. We will journey to the guardian of the heart to discover how to keep our heart open, even in the most challenging of times.

We’ll explore ways to tune in to the heart to uncover what is really true and how living an authentic life can influence others to do the same.
