Disc 1 – Judo Fundamentals. It shows all of the throws but does not go into detail for each one (as opposed to Cunningham’s Ikkyo and Nikyo series). It describes the most effective competitive throws and provides excellent workouts for these (Uchi Mata, Seoi Nage, Osoto Gari, Kouchi, Ouchi, …)

Disk 2 – Hundreds of possible combinations. Once again, there is a significant emphasis on competitiveness. A really valuable collection of combinations.

Disk 3 – Judo Competition. You basically receive a video clinic of a notable French competitive Judo practitioner – grips, techniques, tricks, and combinations. Very helpful.

The production quality is rather nice. Voice translation in English is acceptable.

If you are a traditionalist Judo practitioner, you may find modern Judo weird.
