This book (Vol. 1) is a practical and objective guide to learning movements that is fully illustrated with Krav Maga defense and attack techniques. With exercises that progress from basic to more advanced situations, you will learn the technical details of each situation – after all, one detail can make all the difference in Krav Maga. This book is also a great resource for my students and those who practice the art, as it helps them understand each of the movements we do in class. Sergio Nisenbaum began his Krav Maga journey in late 1999, in So Paulo, Brazil’s most populous city and financial center, where he was afforded the opportunity to learn the Israeli martial art in a responsible and legitimate manner. He excelled as a student after 5 years of training and was considered a candidate for the instructor course. He was chosen to participate in the training course after a rigorous selection process divided into three stages: physical, technical, and psychological. After 400 hours consisting of theory, philosophy, and didactics of techniques, he was approved and was given the title of a Krav Maga\sinstructor in August 2005. Since then, he has taught students of all ages as well as conducted various types of training for specific groups.
