The ground combat teaching on the DVDs is a tad TOO simple in my opinion. As previously stated, I am a jiu-jitsu brown belt, so it is difficult for me to categorize that experience; nonetheless, it may be excellent ground training for someone with no ground experience. Grover is guaranteed to discuss ideas and drills in addition to the skills. This is a fantastic DVD.”
