I’m Jake “Bob,” and I’m here to assist our long-time member and fellow postcard’er extraordinaire (did I spell it correctly?) Monica shares her strategies for filling new mover postcards with companies around the country, no matter where she is.

She does it without meeting or speaking with anyone. It’s by far the least sociable local marketing procedure I’ve encountered in over a decade of local marketing. She does it because she would rather stay at home with her family (despite the fact that, in her own words, she is not a “closer”).

I’ve seen card after card arrive from her and her kids she’s tutored over the year, all filling their cards with no face or phone interaction.

It’s amazing. That undoubtedly seems like a dream come true for many of you. That is why she has a waiting list of students who eagerly await opportunities in her private mentorship program.

Monica (above) established her unique email-only way of completing postcards out of need. Doctors ordered severe bedrest due to her difficult pregnancy. That meant she couldn’t get out of bed for months unless she needed to go to the restroom or see a doctor.

Filling out postcards through email was the only way she could contribute to household costs without getting out of bed.

Over the last year, her private mentoring program has graduated innumerable students with full cards from throughout the country (I know because I print them all)..

And she’s been filling out fresh mover cards in locations ranging from nearby to hundreds of miles away since September.

Using only her tried-and-true email scripts and a few publicly available web tools.
