Meditation is deeply transformational and profoundly effective. But in our fast-paced world, who has the time? We need things to be simple and fast right now. We also feel bad about wanting to get a jump on the process and utilize a quick cut, because we all know that becoming entire takes a long time.

So, it’s official: meditation has no real competitors. It’s true that meditation may help you gain clarity and completeness, but it’s not the only option. Nowadays, everyone may employ easy strategies to unite their physical self with their mental and spiritual selves. (See the sample below.)

It’s a lot like meditating instantly, albeit the effects won’t be quite the same. A repeat performance is not guaranteed. Yet you will obtain something analogous, something as advantageous and necessary: a link to your own inner wholeness and infinity.

There are many paths to wholeness, just as there are many paths to good nutrition. Meditating is like growing an organic seasonal garden, reaping a harvest of wholesome live foods. Instant alignment is like getting a vitamin shot that’s perfectly tailored to your unique nutritional needs, with complete absorbtion into all your tissues and cells. A combination of the gradual organic approach and the quick treatment is optimal.

Give It a Go Right This Minute

Pay attention to the space in the center of your being:

Prior to starting, take two seconds to concentrate on your spinal column/brain.

Now, for the next two seconds, try to connect with your inner calm on a cerebral and emotional level. (Don’t attempt to understand it or get a sense of it; instead, quickly locate it and link up with it. That’s sufficient!)

Spend two seconds attuning to your soul, your innermost spiritual core.

Take a moment to tune into your energy core, including your meridian system, chakras, and auric field.

Gather them here now: Feel the center of your vertical world, then issue the order “Center.” Stay in your Center, while bringing your focus up, up, up… above your head. Now, at the speed of light, look up and out towards infinity for a few seconds.
