Please keep in mind that one component of this journey into ancestral wisdom teachings and time-tested ceremonial healing traditions of shamanic people is the construction of your own mesa (or altar).

You will be requested to acquire specific ceremonial artifacts in order to build this own ritual area. Stones, shells, feathers, and other holy things will be used. To get the most out of this program and the powerful practices you’ll learn, you’ll be encouraged to spend up to 30 minutes outside of class time in transformational practice.

Indigenous traditions acknowledge that all true healing occurs via the community.

This virtual apprenticeship includes participation in the Universal Shamanism Facebook community, where you may share thoughts and experiences with other practitioners while learning at home, at your own speed, using the on-demand course modules.

Module 1: The Call to Heal the Believing Soul

In our inaugural virtual meeting, we’ll look at how a shamanic worldview might serve as a worldwide catalyst for human spiritualization. We’ll look at many types of shamanic initiation, such as illness and catastrophe. Traditional viewpoints on dismemberment and ritualized death for soul vision and healing power will also be discussed.

Don Oscar will also show you to the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition’s cosmovision and ceremonial healing arts, which will serve as the foundation for gradually awakening the universal shaman inside.

We must learn to engage the powers, forces, and visionary guidance in this enormous sea of human possibilities with balance and discernment in order to profit from this limitless panorama of chances for soul growth. In this second apprenticeship session, we will offer time-tested tools and practices for harnessing such extraordinary potentials and living in harmony.

The Art of Consecration consists of formal displays of appreciation for instilling spiritual reciprocity in our lives.
Kay Pacha Ch’usay: The Sojourn of Here-and-Now (also known as the “middle world” trip) Is a guided practice for making “this world” reflect one’s fullness, beauty, and reverence.
Module 3: The Condor’s Quest Heart Opening

True healing is well-known to be a work of love. We must now learn to lovingly establish trustworthy spiritual alliances with unseen helpers and guides who inhabit the inner and outer dimensions of our being, having learned to say “YES” to the call — having heeded the great dreaming to embrace a transformational vocation of relationship with oneself, others, and the universe as a whole. We will invoke the love that is our essence from an open-hearted position of appreciation for the beauty and grace inherent within our Pachakuti Mesa Tradition shamanic altar ground, in service to personal and planetary restoration.

You will learn:

Creating the Future — summoning transformational partnerships in collaboration with seen and unseen shamanic realms
The Art of Composition — ceremonial patterning and visionary configuration tools for a sacred shamanic altar ground for personal and planetary healing transformation
A Celestial Embrace (“upper world” voyage) – guided shamanic flying practice to reach superior regions of global wisdom and spiritual assistance.
Module 4: Hummingbird Ascension Transforming Mind

We are ready to go on the road of mind transformation, based on our accumulated wisdom and shamanic instruments. We re-member by trusting soul; vision is provided by honoring spirit; and the healing power of love is granted by opening our hearts.

Our next step is to learn how to express our ideas, insights, and divine visions in a way that positively alters present reality. This fourth meeting of our series will completely apprentice and master the power of purpose and trained imagination known to Pachakuti Mesa Tradition adepts.

Living the Mystery entails actively accepting life’s beautifully unexpected character and finding nourishment in the cosmic order hidden underneath the illusion of separateness.
The Art of Connection is a collection of shamanic strategies for enhancing our human progress as luminous threads within the “great holy web of creation.”
Returning to One (“cosmic seeding”) trip – guided technique for shamanic dreaming of a “New Earth”

Our Shamanic Self-Healing Body, Module 5

The initiation journey into perennial shamanic wisdom teachings and ritual practices provides us with an embodied insight of the primacy of consciousness behind all things. This, in turn, increases our potential to have a healing influence on our physical bodies.

The fifth apprenticeship module will teach participants to the workings of “kawsay,” or vital life energy, for the strengthening and evolution of our human neurophysiology. We will discover shamanic practices for harnessing Gaia’s divine medicine, helping us to deepen and prolong our accomplishment of health and balanced life. We will be awakened in the heart by the sense of inextricable unity with our living Earth.

Serving the Earth – teaching love via our actions
The Art of Cooperation – correct action, born of loving spiritual insight, brings people together.
Ch’aska Ch’usay, Runa: A Starlight Re-membering (or “contact” journey) – a guided activity for seeing oneself as Creator.
Module 6: All of Our Relationships Awakening Belonging

We are all indigenous participants in Mother Earth’s tribal dreaming, gifted with a shared experience of common unity with Pachamama and intentionally committed to her sustenance.

Our sense of belonging as a global family is a real re-membering, in which every thought, word, and deed finds dazzling reflection in connection with All Our Relations. We recognize that our earth walk is a route of holy activism because of our united resolve to stand together in deep reverence for the Great Sacred Hoop of Life.

The Art of Compatibility is a series of exercises in resonance, respect, and revelation.
Munayniyoq Ch’usay: Beloved Reflections (“blessed” journey) – guided exercise in the sanctification of love as our nature.
Module 7: The Evolving Presence of All Our Relationships

“We shall not cease from exploration,” T. S. Eliot famously said, “and the end of all our exploring will be to come where we started, and know the land for the first time.” Although this wonderful journey through virtual shamanic worlds of healing must “end,” it is actually an endless beginning, a return to the One Source.

We are now completely equipped to provide Universal Shamanism’s enchantment, mystery, and medicine to the Four Directions. We have so eternally contributed to the crystallization of The Shift in the shape of a spiritually regenerating Pachakuti — a predicted Great Turning — because we have learnt to embrace a lifeway that goes from victimhood to volunteering, from division to wholeness, and from fear to love. As Pachakuti Mesa Tradition initiates in service to the Great Work, this is our voluntarily determined fate as Pachamama-offspring, Gaia’s our shamanic soul’s dharma path.
