Begin with basic punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and blocks. Empty hand drills, offensive drills, kicking mixed flow drills, and blocking drills are all available. You will also learn how to use the Long Range Stick. Strikes, Locks (Meetings and Following Force), Abiniko, Abecedario, Sumbrada, Disarm, and Stick Locks. Empty hand 1st Sayaw (form, kata) is also taught.
Footwork, Blocks, Indenting Jab, Kicks (Stomp, Side, Pendulum), Foot Drag, and Sweeps begin Phase 2. Dumog’s empty hand beat drills, drums, offensive and defensive groung battle drums. You’ll also learn how to use the Single Medium Stick. With the stick, perform falls and shock coils, Cobra and Strip disarms, Sumbrada drills, and Tapi Tapi. Also teaches the second Sayaw (form, kata) with a single stick.
Stage 3 begins with the 4 Corners Drill, followed by Hubud # 2, Jab Series, Destructions, Hook Defense, Footwork, Kicks, Arm Wrenching, Dumog, Strikes Stick Two, Blocks, Block & Strike Drills, Solo Drills, and Abecedario.
Block & Beat Drills, Joint Lock Reversals, Pass & Spoon # 2, Tapi Tapi, Solo Locks, High & Low Line Falls, Footwork, Entry Drills, Sinawali & Sumbred Drills are all covered in Part 2. Using double sticks, he also teaches the third Sayaw (form, kata).
Part 1 of Phase 4 starts with new Panantukan Drills, Hubud #3 Entry Drills, Dumog 2 and 3, Kicking Drills, Block & Strike Drills, Arm & Leg Locks, Hubud Switches & Sword, and Daga 1-3.

Flow Block #4, Block & Enter Drills, Cadena of Bro #3, Ground Striking, Highline Takedowns, Lowline Leg Falls, and Ground Fight are all seen in Part 2. Drills for team blocking, tapping, abecedario, and sumbrada. Also teaches the 5th Sayaw (form and kata) using the Long staff.
Part 1 of Stage 6 begins with (increasing power) Cadena de Mano, followed by Pananjakman (low line kicking) drills and the introduction of “Baiting” tactics for enticing and capturing. This level includes the Dulo Dulo (palm stick), which demonstrates basic, counters, and drill flow.
Part 2 covers Crank Neck exercises, Takedowns, and an empty Sayaw hand. Hook, Hook / Cross, the second section of Flow, Hubud (Dulo Dulo), and additional content with Tactical Baton are all countered by Dulo Dulo. (1 h 20 min) 2nd Disc Set
Kali Phase Series 4Phase 7: A new neck flow lock with Coils and Stangles, Tie-ups and removals, Choke application, and Panajakman kicks and sweeps is demonstrated.
We practice blocks, evasions, drills, flow drills, and applications with an empty hand against a knife.
Phase 8 demonstrates how to deal with several attacks, tie-ups, and falls. Knife assaults, workouts, and methods.
