Inferno is a 21-day challenge that will push you to your limits. After just three weeks of rigorous exercises, you’ll be well on your way to remarkable results. The program incorporates both high-intensity aerobic and weight training.
Inferno is hard, yet it only lasts three weeks. Each workout lasts less than an hour and includes a thorough warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints. You’ll get a planned mix of cardiovascular training, weight training, interval training, metabolic conditioning, and focused training to improve your body. Following that, you’ll cool down to safely drop your heart rate and stretch the muscles you worked out.
Overview of the Workout:
Metcon 1 is short for ‘Metabolic Conditioning’. These workouts consist of a sequence of bodyweight resistance exercises with little to no rest.
Scale the Ladder is a pyramid-style exercise reversed. When you’re fresh, you’ll push the hardest and then ease up for each subsequent round.
Cold Spike is made up of circuits of 50-second activity bursts followed by 10 seconds of recovery, with the goal of keeping your heart rate raised for the most of the workout. You’ll put your body through its paces over the course of three rounds and nine distinct exercises.
Metcon 2 builds on the foundation established in Metcon 1 with more intense workouts.
Power provides explosive dynamic strength, greater agility, and unlocks your performance potential.
Intervals consist of short bursts of high intensity followed by brief relaxation intervals.
Mobility days are meant to restore your body and prepare you for the next tough activity.
The Inferno Challenge is the ultimate endurance test. At the conclusion of each week, you’ll strive to do as many reps as possible in as little time as possible.
Extra Quick Workouts
Inferno WTF: Bodyweight Blitz is coming to present you to the most intense 15 minutes of your life. Anja’s Bodyweight Blitz included Rock Bottom Squats, Everest Claps, and two different styles of pushups. Have you taken a breather? Maybe. Have you seen the outcomes? Definitely.
Inferno What is Plyo Power? Do you have 15 minutes? How about a basic plyo box? That’s all you’ll need for a fantastic Inferno workout. Leap over it, dive down from it, push off it, but don’t think about stopping! Give it your best for 15 minutes and see what happens!
WTF Loaded Lower Body Inferno This 13-minute workout will make you sweat and burn your lower body. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and some water to get started.
Inferno WTF: No Crunch Required This 12-minute workout will challenge your core without the use of crunches. Anja will make you sweat during this Inferno Challenge, so bring a towel and some drink.
Box, dumbbells, yoga mat, and medicine ball are all required.
