Catherine Darley, ND, is an integrated sleep medicine pioneer. She created The Institute of Naturopathic Sleep Medicine, Inc in 2003 and has since helped individuals of all ages sleep better by utilizing behavioral and naturopathic treatments to sleep problems. Dr. Darley oversaw the Start School Later project in Seattle, which improved school hours for over 50,000 kids.
She teaches at Bastyr University and the National College of Natural Medicine, and she is a member of the Sleep Cycle Institute’s initial panel of specialists. Dr. Darley has been published in multiple professional publications, mentioned in various popular periodicals, and featured on television to impart her knowledge. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and worked as a preceptor at Stanford University’s Sleep Disorders Center.
She is a knowledgeable and engaging speaker who teaches a wide range of audiences via participation, narrative, and a clear explanation of sleep mechanics, circadian physiology, and treatment procedures.
