Module 1: Welcome Back to Your Sacred Voice (December 15)

In this first lesson, Isaac and Thorald will teach you how to root into your whole-body instrument as well as identify and access the four chambers.

You’ll recognize and connect to your sacred voice’s expressive and receptive sides, establish a safe and nourishing place for the daring act of singing, and learn to receive and embrace the gifts of your embodied voice.

The brothers will guide you through easy vocal techniques to help you develop a sense of grounded presence and connection to yourself.

This module will teach you:

Begin your return to your whole-body instrument with basic vocal “warm-up” exercises that you’ll sing along with.
Develop self-compassion, self-assurance, and self-care.
Identify and embody your expressive and receptive sides, and experience the underlying power in each aspect of your voice.
In your expression, feel a fresh feeling of freedom, fun, and delight.
Engage in grounding breathing exercises.
Make your listening more conscious, active, and giving.
Discover and experience your own musical cosmology – your unique position in the Music of the Spheres.

Module 2: Get Past the Small Voices and Learn to Play Big (January 5)

The majority of us were never taught the truth about our voices. It’s not something taught at school or, in general, at home… and what we don’t own may come to own us. You now have the opportunity to let go of your fears and embrace what is achievable.

In this session, you will work with the Brothers Koren and your co-participants to create a safe and loving environment for all voices to be heard. You will be encouraged to take your inhibitions under your wing and develop a new, powerful, and fun connection with them.

The brothers will provide tools and take you through experiences of moving through your emotions with grace and ease utilizing music and your voice. It’s time to claim your voice and go big.

During this session, you will:

Develop the confidence to speak up in front of people.
Learn to reclaim and occupy the space of your holy voice, despite the tiny voices attempting to tell you that it’s dangerous and you’re not enough, by using music to acquire self-awareness and create a safe place to experience all the feelings that you need to embody and express.
Allow yourself to feel feelings you haven’t allowed yourself to feel before, to grasp their beauty, and to allow them to bring color and richness to your holy voice.
Discover fresh solace in the agony of your voice edge.
Learn to make room for your spiritual voice by uniting and fortifying it.

Module 3: Accept Your Liberated Voice’s Gifts (January 12)

Nobody in the universe can sing like you… thus your voice is really valuable! You’ve come to perform your song.

You will be asked to accept, receive, and awaken to a new feeling of gratitude for the experience of your own voice in this module. In a caring and nonjudgmental environment, you will have the opportunity to be really seen and heard.

Thorald and Isaac will lead you through easy, enjoyable singing routines to help you improve your self-esteem while deepening your inner contemplation and outside expression.

This session will help you to live the experience of your soul’s voice while also allowing others to absorb it.

You’ll:

Accept and appreciate your own voice on a whole new level.
Improve your voice awareness by finding clarity and lightness.
Recognize and appreciate the uniqueness and beauty of your holy voice.
Learn to set limits and sing with your real voice to become more comfortable and confident in your speaking voice.
Feel what it’s like to be genuinely heard in a safe and sympathetic environment.
Learn to find delight in your regular singing practice.
Learn about the power of voice harkening.

Module 4: Use Your Voice for Healing and Wellbeing (January 19)

Singing is good for your health and energy, according to scientific study. It has also demonstrated how listening practice may improve your singing talent.

In this program, you’ll learn to use your sacred voice as a healing and wellbeing tool. According to the Brothers Koren, your voice is a 360-degree energetic and magnetic zone around you that may be a key instrument for living.

You’ll gain expertise as a sonic healer as you learn to sing yourself back to health – improving your frequency and enhancing your sound balance.

To improve electric health and vitality via the voice, Isaac and Thorald will lead you through a Sonic Anatomy process and other techniques developed in partnership with Biofield Tuning specialist Eileen McKusick.

During this session, you will:

“Keystone breathing” will recharge your voice engine.
Discover the advantages of singing from your Pyramid of Power.
Discover and experiment with your sonic anatomy.
Feel restored health and vigour in your body and mind.
Learn how to be your own sonic healer.

Claim Your Right to Sing Outside the Shower in Module 5 (January 26)

You’re now ready to bring the shower singer in you to life on stage.

You’ll discover new levels of freedom with your voice in this section as you learn to distill and locate your musical home.

You will learn the advantages of singing as an experience rather than a performance. Thorald and Isaac will employ particular vocal-awareness methods they’ve learned from performing on stages for over 20 years to bring out the clarity and boldness in your voice.

You’ll also learn how to be heard through the microphone.

You will also:

Accept and assert your right to sing and enjoy it.
Begin to acquire the strength and clarity of understanding and selecting music that helps you feel at ease.
Discover the several advantages of having a singing experience rather than performing.
Learn how to film oneself with elegance and ease to achieve excellent results.

Embrace the Divine Experience of Being Heard in Module 6 (February 2)

We feel an unfathomable sensation of delight and Divine presence when we allow ourselves to be witnessed experiencing an embodied experience of our most precious voice. Only once we have fully received the gift of our own voice do we have the power to share it to others.

This is a watershed point in your vocal journey, meant to help you see your voice as a real gift – both inside yourself and in the midst of other sacred voices. You’ll get the chance to sing in front of others in a safe setting… which may be a genuinely life-changing experience for people of all levels of singing expertise.

During this session, you will:

Discover “Daring to Suck,” as the brothers term it, and all of its deep rewards.
Discover the life-changing impact of being actually heard, received, and seen by others.
Feel the joy of being recognized for the gift of your voice.
Maintain a safe environment for others while they share their own vulnerable expression.

Module 7: Listen to Yourself Sing in Harmony With Others (February 9)

Now that you’ve had firsthand experience with your sacred voice, you’ll be able to put it to use in a joyful and practical way.

In this last lesson, you’ll put your vocal journey and fresh playfulness to use as you discover the beauty of the communal voice. You’ll witness how your own voice contributes to the broader total – an interconnected audio network of voices from across the world generating harmony.

After you’ve fully embraced your voice, you’ll investigate the following steps in your vocal journey. Thorald and Isaac will discuss the possibilities for your voice on your way to unfettered expression as you fully embrace your life’s stage.

As this course concludes, you will:

Determine what your holy voice requires from others and how it may be heard in the world. Discover what could be feasible for your voice now that you’ve found your home in your whole-body instrument.
Experience your creative voice via the medium of song.
Feel the advantages of the collective intellect being represented via song.
