Energy Psychology (EP) refers to a group of targeted and short techniques to releasing blocked energy in the mindbody system, which is typically the consequence of unresolved small “t” or big “T” trauma. This program demonstrates an elegant synthesis of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, and Memory Reinforcement that underpins energy psychology approaches to trauma therapy. Participants will learn how to use this “power therapy” with their present ways to control emotional overarousal and growing patterns of reactivity while increasing personal authority. Learn how to really eliminate painful energy/emotions from catastrophic occurrences, allowing for more insight, mindfulness, and post-traumatic growth. Current research as well as fundamental clinical techniques will be discussed.
