What You’ll Learn in These 7 Modules

Each teaching session will flow smoothly into the next, giving you a comprehensive grasp of the practices, skills, and principles you’ll need to maintain your insights and changes.

The course modules start with an hour-long video of Lei’ohu lectures, followed by a 30-minute recorded Q&A with both Lei’ohu and Maydeen.

Each module also contains a carefully chosen song from Lei’ohu’s double CD, The Call Within & Honor All Life, that is especially pertinent to the teaching in that module.

Module 1: The Essence of Aloha Bringing Your Divinity to Life

We honor all of our forefathers and the talents they passed down from generation to generation. We recognize and thank Aunty Pilahi Pak for her gift to the State of Hawaii in 1986, the “Aloha Spirit Law” (1986).

We’ll look at the word Aloha as an acronym and how each of the five “values” represented opens your heart and mind to the deeper meanings that lie underneath the core of Aloha.

The following acronym can be used to describe aloha:

Akahai: Kindness, to be conveyed tenderly.
Lkahi: Unity represented via harmony
‘Olu’olu: Pleasant, to be stated with agreement
Ha’aha’a: Humility, expressed modestly.
Ahonui: Patience demonstrated by endurance.

Ho’oponopono, Module 2 Wailau (which means “where the rivers meet”)

Lei’ohu will transport you back to her childhood and the images of growing up in a little hamlet on O’ahu, learning firsthand the skills of healing and producing pono (right).

What Lei’ohu provides is based on her own personal experiences within her Ho’oponopono family structure — ensuring that they have proper relationships with themselves, each other, their community, and the islands. Harmony was preserved in this way.

Pono has several different features, including:

Making good relationships with yourself and others
Making pono (right) first with your Self
The ability to accept yourself as you are in the current time
The willingness to act completely honestly, with integrity, and with respect for everybody. The willingness to release and heal individual, family, and communal traumas, especially those that have been passed down through generations.
Accepting what is authentic inside
The realization that you are not a distinct person, but rather one incarnation of life in harmony with all life.

Module 3: Hello, ‘Ana, ‘ina! Aloha
Love for the Land, Love for the Land

We have a basic connection to the land because we are the stars that fell from the skies to shine on it. Living on the land in the island manner requires you to take care of the resources since there is no life without affection for the resources.

Aloha is a profound bond with the Divine. This primitive link, as shown in nature and community, serves as our life energy and spiritual connection.

In this module, we will look at the significance of:

‘ina — That which nourishes Mlama ‘ina — Land Preservation
Keiki o ka ‘ina — Land Child Maka’inn — Land Eyes Honoring That Which Feeds A Sense of Place
Protocols for Walking with Respect and Raising Awareness
Module 4: ‘Ohana Life’
Knowing that everything in life is your family

Lei’ohu will tell the narrative of Hloa, the first-born child of Papa and Wakea, the Earth Mother and Sky Father, whose death at birth gave rise to the plant kingdom and another son who became the fundamental progenitor of humanity.

We know that all life is our family because of our profound spiritual and genetic link. The holy life energy of the Universe electrically ties us to the sea animals, the stars in the sky, and every blade of grass that grows.

Lei’ohu will tell the narrative of the Kalo (Taro), ‘Oha (The Shoots), and the interaction between humanity, nature, and the Cosmos.

In this module, we will look at:

How to restore your family and lineage by recognizing your relationship with the earth
How to forge a deeper connection with your lineage and align with the wisdom of your ancestors; honoring your own family wisdom connects you to everything.
Surfing the expansiveness and freedom of all life’s connectivity, as well as the numerous methods to communicate with your worldwide family
Module 5: Adopting Kuleana Sacred Responsibility in Harmony With the Divine

We will look at how to cultivate and align your personal sacred responsibilities so that you can identify the gifts you came here to express, share, and offer in service to all life as only you can.

We all come to this world to have fun and to passionately express our gifts while remaining in tune with the Divine.

You will go within to understand the following: H, K, Kua, and Akua, which are all aligned and defined within Kuleana.

We will do the following in this module:

Experiment with discovering the joy in your gifts.
Celebrate being alive in the Aloha Garden.
Module 6: Mana & Pule
Prayer and Sacred Action in Daily Life

We are the gods’ and goddesses’ seeds, expressing our divinity by sharing our unique gifts with the world.

You will consider the power of transforming your daily activities into offerings to the Divine in whatever form you believe to be your Higher Power.

This module will include discussions about:

The significance of claiming and expressing your authentic power, as well as why doing so activates the sacred Life Force
How using your authentic power manifests Aloha actions
Putting your prayer into action
Mahalo Living in Gratitude, Module 7

This module concludes the course with insights, contemplations, and words of wisdom about living a grateful life. Living in gratitude relieves the weight of daily life, fills your life with peace, light, and truth, and acknowledges the foundation of spirit, which is Aloha.

When you live in the Mahalo energy, you understand that every experience must be embraced with gratitude because the gift is always present, even in the most difficult moments. Mahalo is an acknowledgement that we are divinely connected both inside and outside of ourselves.

In this module, we will look at ideas like:

The essence of thankfulness
Living in a constant flow of energy, grateful for all blessings in every moment
We are infinite beings, as is our spirit, the spirit of Aloha, and all of life.
When we say Mahalo, our bodies naturally bow to the Earth, expressing our gratitude for the opportunity to be alive at this time.
Gratitude serves where Mahalo is.
