Dr. Alex Loyd’s TRILOGY
Dr. Loyd’s Trilogy Process incorporates active elements from four of the top 20 years of modalities, as well as 98 percent of all others.
Acupuncture points, meridians, chakras, ruling and conception vessels, eye movement trauma problems, chi, the brain and nervous system, memories, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, emotions, prayer, meditation, actions, behaviors, habits, addictions, and trauma are all addressed.
Our Being is made up of three parts: body, mind, and spirit. The body is affected by frequency, the mind by words, and the soul by imagery. Some modalities are excellent at addressing one or more of them, but not all. This usually results in improvement but not long-term recovery.

It takes three minutes to complete the Trilogy Process. Each minute begins with a prayer and then includes unique hand gestures geared for healing. The first minute taps on points discovered in the Emotional Freedom Technique, the second on points located in the Healing Codes, and the third on the front meridian line and chakra centers.

I pray for entire, full, and permanent healing of any blockages and reversals in my energy circulatory system, and for light and love energy to flow to every cell, organ, and system. I honestly think that my energy is light and love, and that it is abundantly flowing and filling me with light and love.
With both hands:

Minute 2 Invocation
I ask that all generational, unconscious, subconscious, and conscious fear-based memories be transmuted into neutral or love-based memories, and that the fear signal be transmitted to the hypothalamus only if I am in immediate deadly danger for the rest of my life.
My issue’s memory is being transformed from fear, darkness, and deception to light, love, and truth.
Direct your energy for five seconds to your Adam’s apple using fingers in a coned posture off the body.
• the junction between your jaws
• your brows
Place your left palm on the base of your skull’s brain stem and your right hand on the bridge of your brow. Keep them in place for 20 seconds.
Now switch your hands so that your left hand is on the bridge and your right hand is on the brain stem. Hold the position for 20 seconds.
Minute 3 Prayer
I hope that my river of energy is a plentiful river of love that nourishes all meridians and acupuncture points with love, leaving no place for fear – and that my chakras are open, free, and full of light and love.
I think that my river of energy is made up entirely of love and that it feeds love to every cell in my body and mind. My chakras, I think, are flowing freely and strongly with light and love.
Place one hand softly on your belly button and bring it up along the line of the Conception Vessel and chakras, over the chest, throat, face, top of the head, and finish at the base of the skull.

Return them to the belly button and repeat twice more, starting at the belly button and ending at the base of the skull each time.
